We are delighted to have both our Sheffield and York showrooms back fully open with all our departments already welcoming many customers back into our dealerships.

The safety of our customers and team members is our absolute top priority and you can rest assured we have taken many steps to ensure your visit to our showrooms is extremely safe.

Showroom Layout

Both our showrooms have been modified to ensure all our customers and team members are safe whilst visiting us. Sanitisation stations have been installed and gloves are also available. We also have a new one-way system which is easy to navigate.​

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

All our team members have been issued with PPE equipment which includes face masks and gloves. All gloves will be regularly sanitised but in particular after every customer interaction. Disposable gloves are also available to all customers.

​Social Distancing

We kindly ask all our customers to adhere to our strict 2 metre social distancing rule when in our showrooms. We have clear floor markings and signage to help with this. This rule applies to both our customers and team members.

Customer Test Drives

We feel it is vital our customers experience just how good ours cars are to drive which is why we're offering unaccompanied test drives. All we ask is you bring your driving licence, national insurance number and secondary ID.

Used Car Videos

Once a customer makes an enquiry on one of our quality used cars, a team members will send over a detailed video of the car. Once the video is complete, the vehicle will be sanitised and will remain locked until the the time of the customer appointment.

Customer Interactions

In order to minimise unnecessary contact, we will send customer documentation electronically where possible. Should any documents need to be presented to a customer, this will be done behind a perspex screen to ensure safety at all times.

Contactless Payment

We are no longer accepting cash payments from our customers. All payments now need to be contactless, telephone payment or via bank transfer. All our contactless machines are sanitised after each customer transaction.

Collecting Your New Car

When a customer comes to collect their new car from either of our Mazda centres, we will only ever have one customer handover at a time. A bespoke video will also be provided, explaining all the vehicle features and how the general controls work.

Hygiene and Sanitisation

We take hygiene, cleanliness and sanitisation very seriously at Burrows. That's why our showrooms are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis. Our Sales and Service areas are also cleaned and sanitised prior to every customer showroom visit.
